Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Tele Callers: Call students/parents, provide course info, address inquiries, and convert leads.
- Senior Executives: Mentor juniors, support training, and drive team goals.
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi with strong communication skills.
- Leadership experience is plus.
